Campbell played pretty well, although he is still hesitant on letting it rip on the deep ball.

Put it this way. Before the injury Bruce was 1/7 for 14 yards. Campbell came in an went 13/18 for 159 yards and 1 TD.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
He may not have the superstar numbers when healthy, but Reggie Bush is a major part of the Saints' offense. They look absolutely lost when he's not there... defenses can plan much differently without worrying about him.

Wow, does Romo choke and puke when the game is on the line or what?

So, how many more losses before the media jumps off the Cowboys bandwagon and realizes what we already know? They suck.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
Lol, they'll still be on the bandwagon even after the Cowboys become mathmatically eliminated from the playoffs. By the way if Snyder ever plans on a cold weather Super Bowl then please make sure you schedule it during a rebuilding year. Also I move to have the Super Bowl in Dallas every year if this is going to be the result.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
It is a crying shame that the Boys are 1-3. A crying shame. And they're 1.5 games behind us, too.
Nice to see Jason Candle rip up San Diego. And how 'bout them Cards?

Never...they are the most talented team in football. They have Austin and Ware!

I couldn't believe my ears a moment ago. So I'm watching ESPN and John Saunders, who was filling in for someone, made a comment that could it be the media is so fascinated with that star on the helmet and those uniforms that it's possible that the Cowboys aren't that good of a team and that Tony Romo is just another quarterback. Boy did he upset the set with those comments. I don't think the camera went back to him again. But yeah, the Cowboys just aren't that good and Wade Phillips straight up sucks. Seems like yesterday everyone was anointing Jason Garret as the next coming of Vince Lombardi. |

Seriously. Romo is so freaking gutless. He picked that game away.

Re: Nfl Regular season thread ( week 5 )
What's so deceiving about the constant Romo lovefest is that statistically you can always make the argument that he's a top tier QB, but the just doesn't have any heart. Conversely, McNabb will throw a few clunkers but the guy is a winner all the way.
