Re: It's F'ing Houston week!
Of course they want to be more balanced, but Schaub isn't going to be throwing 17 times per game on a regular basis.

Houston will have a simple game plan.
Run it up the gut right at the NT.

And that is why this will be a much bigger test defensively. The Texans showed they are not afraid to run it at you if you are trying to slow the passing game. Run contain will be key and pressure from the blitz packages a must. The best defense we could have would be a strong running game of our own. Indianapolis is not as balanced as they were in past seasons finishing at the bottom in rushing last year. If we could give them a taste of their own medicine, we should have no problem staying in the game. |

Sadly, I have dish network. They do have the Redzone though, and I have a couple spots where I can catch it online. At least we have comcast maryland or whatever it is called so I can catch pregame and postgame.

Re: It's F'ing Houston week!
Good question. Well, my dad is a vikings fan and did his best to try and have me go that route. Not sure why it never took, but I am glad I don't have to through that pain every year. I remember first seeing them as a little kid with Mark Rypien and thinking, "these guys have cool uniforms and colors" (another subject that has been discussed around here) so I started to follow them and I guess that is how it all started. I have only seen them twice in person, both times against the Vikes (first time in 98'....wasn't good, and in 2007 a little bit better) and they are hardly ever on tv around here unless they are SNF or MNF....or playing the Cowboys. But for some reason I stuck with em and here we are today.

Re: It's F'ing Houston week!
I thought with Dish Network you could pay for local channels from anywhere in the country?
