Re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Adam Schefter is reporting on sportscenter that Albert Haynesworth was practicing with the first team in the nickel the whole time. Cooley's comment about being on the practice squad, presumably pure smokescreen

AH could still be doing practice squad reps and then practicing with 1st team defense in nickel passing situations. If the Skins want to beat the cowboys then we'll need to focus on our on-field strategy as opposed to an off-field antic like that. I highly doubt the gameday status of AH is going to be that huge of a factor in this game. If that is what the Skins are banking on then may God have mercy on our Redskin souls.

Re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Didnt like what I saw from Haynesworth at all last night. In his MMQB column, King predicts Haynesworth will be playing for the Titans by the trading deadline. After watching our defense play last night - we don't need Haynesworth. he looked lost all game and is more of a liability than anything else in this defense.

Well apparently he threw a tantrum fit on the sideline after being taken off the field. Then there was the shot of the entire deffense in a sideline huddle and Albert was about 10 yards away by himself, looking the other way. I mean what a true piece of sh*t. He doesnt care about this team.

Re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
Maybe so, but look at this picture, I see Daniels talking to one group, the LB/DB meeting, and AH off to the side
I swear I so want to believe that he is going to make a difference, but at this point if there is a 4-3 team that would take him for a solid (not star) receiver and a mid round (4-5) draft pick, he would be gone, and count the 21Mill as yet another lesson for DS. |

Re: Redskins and Titans talking trade again on Albert Haynesworth
^ I'm happy to leave that whole "who's in the meeting" scenario aside.
But AH single-handedly opened some holes for the Cowboys by not playing his position. He seems unwilling to buy into the new scheme. And, despite his immense talent, this makes him a liability.

I admit 1) I had hard time watching for him and really only saw what was highlighted. God knows the media had an agenda last night (Cowboys = Orgasm; AH = Redskins F-up); and 2) Maybe AH was doing what he was supposed to be doing. I will rely on the tape folks (Gtripp & SS33) for a breakdown of his play.
