God I hope so. If they do this, I say we call up guinness to see if the redskins can be put in the record books for removing the world's largest tumor...we can beat that woman who recently had that 300 pound tumor removed in Argentina.

Well this is definately coming from the Titans... this report as filed out of Nashville.

BUT to be honest other than stating we are in discussions about the deal it is all rehashed information, from the day. ESPN updated thier article at 807pm reads very simaliarly.

Lavar said that this is exactly how AH would be treated. This team has executed several smear campaigns in the past. This is how they do business.
The two people alleged to have been behind past smear campaigns are gone. One has been gone for several years

someone mentioned that the raiders are a possibility as well for trading Haynesworth...anybody heard anything about this? Al Davis is an idiot, but I don't think he is that dumb, then again...

Fisher at least has a rapport with him, knows his tendencies.

I remember a few years back when there was all this commotion in new York about coughlin sayin if you're on time you're late for my meetings and tiki and strahan were complaining. And Redskins fans were all excited that the Giants were a mess heading into our game with them...and then they crushed us.

Tenn needs AH back. I am not sure Al likes to part ways so easily with draft picks like Vinny and now Bruce.

I have a feeling this will result in a similar ending, though slightly more in our favor. I think Dallas has too many question marks on their offensive line...I don't see them being very good. Yeah, I understand they'll have a ton of starters coming back, but their OL will crumble under their old age and injury - just like us last year.

I have a feeling we'll beat them, probably won't be a blow out, but regardless of standings or how good our team is, Dallas games are always close.

We would except that we are not in the "Lets beat Dallas" thread. We are in the Fat Al thread which clearly means this discussion is appropriate.

Ya see this focus group in on Fat Al. Talk to you later in the other thread.

Good point. I think it's safe to say the fans are the ones distracted by all this AH talk. Inside Redskins Park they don't have much time for this BS. They're getting ready for Dallas.

Yeah, but I don't think Dallas gives a damn. I can't fathom this being a smokescreen, as it is too big of a production, that has gone on for way too long just for the sake of one game. Dallas is probably guessing, but probably going to go in thinking AH might start just to be safe. And your Giants analogy is a bit weak compared to the AH saga. Barber and Strahan bitched about Coughlin being strict about team meetings isn't anything compared to the AH drama. Besides the Gmen were a much better team than we were anyway that season. In reality, the only one being distracted by the whole mess would likely be the Skins. Besides AH started last season and that didn't really affect Dallas then, and he was in his element in the 4-3.
