Re: Week 16 NFL talk

nice to see Favre go down even if it means that Cutler did well

Say what you want about Cutler but those last 2 td's were great throws. Thanks Bears. Now i get to go see 2 -hopefully- games in the Dome.

Former Redskins Practice Squader Devin Aromashodu getting it done in Chicago, good for him.

Re: Week 16 NFL talk

I went to bed when Cutler kneeled down to kill the 4th quarter. He had some nice throws, and some not so nice ones. He's got virtually no names to throw to, but he made it work last night. Still not sure it's enough to save Lovie's job...

It seems to me teams are stacking the box to stop AP and it's turned Favre into the mistake-prone gunslinger of the past. If the Eagles beat the Cowboys, you're looking at the Vikings hosting the Cowboys during the First Round of the playoffs. A team that has lost 3 of the last 4 and is struggling to keep afloat vs. a team who's overcome the December demons. Could be interesting...

Re: Week 16 NFL talk

I thought Favre played pretty good last night. Yeah he had the fumble but he didn't throw any INTs on 40 attempts.

I'm wondering more about the Vikings D and the run blocking from the OL.

Losing EJ Henderson really hurt their D. His injury was really gross, too.

Last night they were without one of the Williams D-tackles which didn't help either.

Jared Allen's been a bit of a non-factor lately as well
