I think Horton is much better. We'll see about Moore. Justin was never going to be "the guy". His best quality in college wasn't his football ability at a particular skill position,it was his ability to switch to a new position selflessly in order to put the best guy in the game. Let's put it this way, his presence on the team never hurt the Hokies but it didn't really elevate them at that position (RB/WR/S) either = camp body.
