The Ravens really want this win and not only for their record. Baltimore hates D.C. and hates the Redskins. Again, they have a bit of an inferiority complex.

As someone that lives and works about halfway in between DC and Balt (Crofton and Columbia, MD, respectively), I am SO sick of the overabundance of Raven fans, when it should be split pretty much even. Because of that, I REALLY want this game....almost to "Dallas level"!

I never had a problem with the Ravens until enough of their fans hatred for the Redskins, and DC in general, drove me to feel almost the same way about their team. I'm not a big baseball guy, but I always followed the Orioles, but the obnoxious Ravens fans have pushed me to really want a baseball team in DC and I am now thrilled to have one and will be sporting Senators (or whatever they end up being called) gear when it is available... |

I'm done with betting the Skins for now.

I had them giving 3 at the Giants and giving 2 1/2 against the Browns, I thought both games were locks. Silly me. |

I was watching comcast lastnight and after the game on monday night, Ray Lewis was being interviewed and they asked him something like "How are you going to prepare your self for Portis so that he wont have a game like Priest Holmes did?" Ray just laughed it off as if to say are you serious!! Then said "Portis isn't Priest" as if he wont have to worry about him.

Man, I hope that Portis was at home and saw what I saw. That statement and Ray's demeanor should be enough motovation for someone who thinks that he is the best RB in the game to come out and take it to Lewis all night!!!

The key to the game capping our nice drives with TDs. I agree w/ Riggo44 that if we score 20 points, our D will put us in a position to win.

definately need to finnish drives with scores, also stop turning the ball over, especially on our own end of the field.that just puts the d in a bad situation.

I'm sticking to my guns and I'm predicting one player on the Redskins will carry this team on defense and will finally give us a TD from the defense. We go into this game with the 1# defense against the run. Fred Smoot's time has come. The Ravens defense is not even in the top 5. Ray Lewis expends a lot of energy with running his mouth and all of the pep talks to his teammates are getting to be silly. Look for the Redskins to win 21, Ravens 10
