Re: Hall released!
Suisham has shown signs of promise. Let's hope we don't have to depend too much on a kicker anyway...

Re: Hall released!
Yes. He was on the books for $1.95 million if we kept him.
When we cut him, we absorbed $450K in deadcap money for 2007. Net savings: $1.5 million

I REALLY REALLY REALLY want someone to get a custom jersey of someone like Albright and put some damn pics up here.

Re: Hall released!
Yes, this is setting up something big here. I do think the trade of picks and Bly is going down on Draft Day.

Re: Hall released!
I liked Hall (it was time for him to go Though) and thought he was a better than average kicker but he just could not stay healthy.

Re: Hall released!
Another step towards securing a healthy roster. I agree Hall was a good kicker just couldn't stay healthy.

Re: Hall released!
I don't think we are up to something. I hope that we are freeing up cap space for our draft picks. That's what I hope......

Re: Hall released!
I'm sure now what's next is we bring in 50 kickers to come and compete with Suishman and go into the season with the best guy.
I'm hoping it turns out okay and we don't get screwed. In a division like the NFC east I think the quality of your kicker is very under-rated. We NEED to have a good kicker to make it to the playoffs IMO.

Re: Hall released!
Very accurate, however that doesn't overcome the injury problems. Kids that play the Madden game would have released him already.
