Denver likely only wins one game in the playoffs and then gets bounced.

Was saying it more because there are no moral victories here. It is how they play. Amazing defense and doing just enough on offense.

We've lost 7? in a row now, money is way too valuable to be spending on going out and supporting the team.

My main gripe is I'm sick of having to watch them on national tv, fucking game ended at midnight and my first alarm is at 3:45 for work. Put us back on the 1 pm game you fucking ghouls. Idc if Jayden drops 50 when he comes back, get us the fuck off national tv.

Re: Denver Week

Ok I'll admit that was a good game to watch and it ended perfectly for us.. we don't need to win many more games

And all of the fan noise that the broadcasting booth picked up was from Broncos fans, too.

Re: Denver Week

It was definitely better than I imagined. While we did give up 27 points, the defense was better. Any of you guys who doubted McLaurin, he has shown what he can do for us - we literally have no offense playmakers outside of him. Burks have shown flashes in the last 2 games, I would love to see how he plays with JD.

Mariota wasn't perfect, if he hadn't thrown that bonehead interception, I think we would have won that game. But he did well against NFL's best defense (or at least top 2).

I'd also keep Debo, he has been solid all season. JD5 Back next week from what is being rumored so at least the last part of the schedule will be something to watch

Re: Denver Week

This team just has so many needs. Outside of QB every single position is on the table in the first round.

The invisible ghost Sinnott, I saw him totally whiff on a block on a WR screen. lol. Otherwise he is just a total non factor. At least they came out and played hard.

Another thing is I am just so sick of NFL refs. They ruin the games. The majority of them fucking at their jobs. That missed tripping call was unacceptable. That is a massive swing in field position. It's not just our games; the Dallas KC game was a flat-out joke. NFL refs simply do not know what PI is. They need to be full time employees. That is at least a start in the right direction.

Re: Denver Week

Tough loss, felt bad for those guys but as soon as the game was over I’m fine with the L and better draft position

Debo has been solid no doubt but this is where I disagree. He'll be a year older, he wants a new contract and you have numerous other needs. It's just not worth the risk for the money he'll want. You have to get younger at that position. I'd be against having two starting wr's that are in their 30's. I'd rather them spend money in FA on a pass rusher or two vs resigning Debo.

Re: Denver Week

Watched it today (1:15AM KO over here!).

Mariota played well except for the dumb INT (no idea at all where he was throwing that) and a couple of other bad throws. Clear indication why he's a backup but a good one.

Overall O was much better than most of our games this season, thought I do wonder if JD5 had been 100% this season how many more winning capable performances we'd have (setting aside the D would probably have lost those for us).

D was also improved and I think the last 2 games show both how good DQ is and how bad Whitt was. Concern is why it took so long for DQ to call it. Overall it helps show we still need Edge, LB and CB help, but they're playing more like a unit.

One the one hand, it's a heartbreaker to lose like that on one play. On the other, it's less painful knowing we're not going to the playoffs and playing well in defeat gives hope we can turn things around quickly. I'm totally against tanking (no true fan, player, coach or exec. should be in favour), but losing with heart effort is acceptable under the circumstances.

Oh and the officials didn't lose that game for us, or win it for Denver, but they need a long hard look at themselves. It really is about time the NFL employed them as professionals so they can be truly held accountable. Some of those calls were atrocious, and the obvious confusion on at least 3 occasions does not provide confidence. They we re the best they could get for SNF?

Hard to disagree with this. As much $$$ as is tied up in this game, this seems like it would be a problem that is fixable (or, at least, can be materially improved) and would enhance the overall product (not to mention lead to greater parity, as I am 100% convinced that certain teams get the benefit of the doubt too often -- and we're not one of them).

Re: Denver Week

Bobby Wagner is a liability big time.. Its time to let him go and get a young MLB in the mix. We have zero pass rush as well. The fact that we were in that game shows me how great our coaching staff is.
