Should we start a new quarterback?
bring in Campbell because i do not see us making the playoffs. might as well play for next year and see what campbell has to offer.

Re: new QB
What kind of message does it send to a team to give up when the team is still in the playoff hunt? I say we hold out and wait until we're completely cooked to give up.

Re: new QB
a couple more losses to pathetic teams and i might agree. but the season isn't lost yet, if we win all the remaining games we might have a chance. one more loss, and we are done, realistically, and mathematically.

Re: new QB
I would like to see Ramsey start and get the proper opportunity that he deserves. Campbell is a Rookie still and should learn this season at the very least like the Cinnci (Carson Palmer / Heisman trophy winner) quarterback. If he is destined to be our quarterback he will prove it by the beginning of next season.

Re: new QB
Let's be realisitic.. Mathmatically we are still alive but realistically, at BEST 2 games back in the division, at BEST 2 games back of the final wild card spot with a loss to TB the chances for the playoffs are very remote. Why not start Campbell now to get his feet wet. Brunell isn't costing us games, but he's not winning them either. Get Campbell some snaps this year. Brunell has done well this year but I don't want to see him out there under center next season when it kicks off.. He has gotten progressively worse, yards are down, pass attempts are shorter, it's time to move forward with this team.

Re: new QB
Like Paintrain said, they have no more realistic shot at the playoffs. I want to see what the kid can do. They don't like Ramsey and I think he's gonna leave after the season, so they might as well put in Campbell. But if they do, get ready for more mediocre games by Portis cause he won't get any blocking when our O Line has to compete with 8 in the box.

Re: new QB
Just like Drew Brees there is always that optimistic possibility that Ramsey could perhaps win the starting position like Brees did in San Diego. He was on the verge of being traded too, especially when they draft a first round quarterback as well. Ramsey has already been partially developed, let the kid get another shot!!!!! IMO !!!!!
