Exactly! How much practice and prep away from team is it going to take? If it's just show up and dance{which I highly doubt}that's fine, but what if we are actually in the playoff hunt? Dude needs to be watching film or something, cause IMO he's stinking it up this yr,he's had 1 good game this year

While Fitz is no Matt Ryan,he leads NFL in ypa,and he is playing pretty damn good this year.
Bucs can’t run the ball and we have shown that we are good at stopping the run, so I doubt if the bucs even try that hard to run against us,would you?
Tampa is 8th in scoring,we are 25th,Alex Smith cannot win in a shootout with Fitzmagic.
If, and that’s a big if, this patchwork offensive line can somehow come together and get Peterson 100 yards and we can control the clock then we have a chance, if not I think this could be another blowout we cannot stop their passing attack (of course with Fitzmagic, there’s always that chance he will be Fitztragic and throw 4 interceptions, lets hope)
I'm definitely hoping our D can force Ryan into Fitztragic mode and get some turnovers.

And I know the 2 times they faced legit pass heavy teams (Saints and Falcons) this D looked like crap, but I still think they're better than that: against the Saints there was quite a lot of blown coverage and stupid mistakes, against the Falcons the front 7 played their worst game of the season, both against the run and the pass, if you take away the stupid Josh PI and the humiliating Ridley TD were all 11 defenders screwed up, I think the secondary did OK against a really good receiving corps.
So I really don't think this D can not defend the pass.

This secondary has blown coverages in what seems like every game, where receivers have been running wide fking open, fortunately in our wins we were able to overcome those blown coverages, and I will be thoroughly surprised if we dont have more of the same thing tomorrow.

He gave up plays against 2 of the top 4 WRs in the game. Everyone is giving up plays to those guys. Mike Evans is another Beast at WR.

How about you put some blame on that bum Preston smith who doesn’t have one god damn sack in 8 games.

Yes to blown coverages but it starts with the pass rush.

If their qb gets time, we will get lit up.
We don’t have corners that can run with these guys.

Preston Smith is not getting a free pass,But we were not discussing Smith.Norman has been sucking all year IMO,he had 1 good game against Carolina and thats it.He's the highest paid corner in the league and he's not even the best corner on our team.

Re: Moving on to Fitzmagic

Redskins inactives: CB Quinton Dunbar, WR Jamison Crowder, LT Trent Williams, LB Zach Vigil, LB Pernell McPhee, DL Caleb Brantley. The lone surprise is McPhee but the Redskins signed Cassanova McKinzy off their practice squad Friday.

He’s played himself out of a big contract. He’ll be overpaid by someone but hasn’t been more than serviceable this year. Pressures are good but it’s just not enough.

Not good re Dunbar. Tampa’s WRs are legit. I hope Moreau really steps up. We need pressure on the front end to give the back end some relief. Safety help will be key today and I hope HHCD has mastered the scheme.

Re: Moving on to Fitzmagic

Crowder might as well sit the rest of the yr. He's made of glass anyway. We better go get 3 Wrs this off-season.
