Re: Redskins @ Giants game thread 10.30.05
The best we do as skins fans now is yell "GO BRONCOS" and hope for some help... i sure hope we prepare better this coming week against Philly or we could be in for a worse spanking than what we got today

[QUOTE=Theismann's Good Leg]Hmmm. Maybe Dr. Z was right about the 4-12 record.[/QUOTE
You let one division loss shake your confidence? Not me. I'm convinced this was clearly an emotional win that the Redskins did not prepare for. We are going to win our divisonal games at home. We just take it out on the Eagles.

Re: Redskins @ Giants game thread 10.30.05
The whole team sucked today. No excuses. I haven't seen a whipping that bad since we played Dallas in 2003. What the fuck was going on out there? 9 yards for Portis on 4 carries? they dominated us in every aspect of the game. Joe Gibbs better start getting angry real soon. Nobody saw this coming. Our defense hasn't played this bad since the spurrier days. There isn't a single positive thing you can take out of this game. I think our guys got a little too happy from the SF game.

Re: Redskins @ Giants game thread 10.30.05
This was a total team loss. No running game, which is our bread and butter. No passing game because of the constant pressure Brunell was on. Turnovers, penalties. Everything broke down today. We can't place the blame on one person. We lost the battle in the trenches on both sides of the ball.
If anyone here is blaming this on one person they're crazy. Everyone played really, really bad. Hopefully this is a wake up call for us..... |
