Well look at it this way. When Cousins gets in the game they go into pro offense mode. So obviously the coaches, who see these two everyday, think Cousins can operate that type of offense better. Cleveland has a good defense. They had him throwing the ball all over the place. What does that say to you?

Also...I'm not going to judge Cousins in mop up duty. I would look at it when he gets a full week of practice.

I don't know who's better. But at least for this year, I've seen enough of RG3.

Sounds like a bit of revisionist history. Cleveland had the 23rd ranked defense, and the 25th ranked offense last season.

Man. Look at that foot placement. That's a pure kick; got the frank, beans and the taint. No pleasing the missus this week.

How the hell do the refs miss that, or the fact that Smith drove him into the ground on the INT?

I'm STILL amazed our players and the refs were OK with that.

Can you imagine the NFL's reaction to Brady or Peyton taking that shot?

edit: Fantastic finding that gif, DR. Thank you.

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers Post Game Thread

I know one thing, if we are keeping Rex on the squad his coaching is rubbing off on III. He looks more like the other RG III than himself these days.

Fire them all and start over. I want coaches who can coach. They brought all these players in and built this team now they were auppose to coach them up and win. What do we get.. More of the same.

The year Zorn was fired we finished 4-12. So if we weren't 3-8 Vinny then you won all the games for the year before week 12 and lost all the rest. Bravo

I'm betting Sham starts Cousins to prove it isn't him at fault but the QB. It will happen.

If we do see Cousins (which I'm starting to think we won't) it won't be before the Dallas game. The ship's sinking but it doesn't look like anyone's trying to jump off yet. I don't think Shanahan has anything to prove, he's got to be stupid if he doesn't already know he's not going to have a job here next season.

That has got to be a fine, gotta be. Now thats blatant, there was no other reason to lift the leg other than to hit RG3

@Russellmania980

#Redskins HC Mike Shanahan: says Bowen has damage to knee..possibly microfracture. OUt for the year.

@Manny_PPI

Josh Wilson played 98% of the defensive snaps. David Amerson only 19%. #Smart #Redskins

Why was Wilson playing that much more than Amerson??
