Holy Crap.. we just traded with the Bengals somehow and picked up Chris Cooley, TE Utah State.
Sweet!

I'm getting tired of that Coors Lite commercial with the unconscious dude and all the hot chicks. Why do they have to show the same things over and over? Can't they mix it up a little?

Wasn't Chris Cooley on the short list of draft prospects who came to Redskin Park? This was all part of Gibbs' plan, I think.

it looks like it was a target, we probably took him earlier then he would have gone otherwise, but if Gibbs thinks he could be his man then ill trust him.

Atlanta took Matt Schuab? WHy? They have Vick. From a UVA fans point of view, this sucks.

Didn't you know? Their GM is a VTech alum. He wanted to make sure no UVA QB ever got a starting assigment in the league and takes particular pleasure in putting Shaub behind a VTech QB. Face it, UVA just ain't got the stuff.

I think the cowboys easily had the worst draft this year no matter what they do in their later rounds just for the simple fact that they could have had a stud of a rb in either jackson or jones and passed on both of them and had to settle on jones of notre dame.
the best draft so far, and probably the entire draft for their first two picks alone, goes to the lions. Adding Roy Williams and Kevin Jones to Joey Harrington, Charles Rodgers, and Hazim, is a freakingly scary young offense. and i agree with whomever it was who posted how much of a monster line the raiders have rebuilt with their picks of gallery and grove. it kinda makes sense for grove to go there too with his do anything to get the job done mentality. |
