And his work ethic is obviously highly questionable. What kind of player blows off the Pro Bowl to spend time at a strip club?
I don't care enough to really TRY.
I know.. and you know we won't sign him. Like I originally said its out of the question.
But if we have protection issues this year you and I know "mount mckinnie" was out there.. and he coulda played guard.
No justfication needed. One mans opinion.. he's a good run blocker.

He's not a ****ing fit here. The ZBS prefers athletic guys, no matter how big they are(size IS a plus if it isn't fat or "water"), but WHEN TRAINED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS are telling him he's overweight and he's got too much cholesterol, then you know that he's been downing the bacon and burgers like there's no tommorrow. Not only that, the ZBS is about "passing" the guy off so that there's a crease.

I head McKinnie was 360. If he wasn't so old, I'd say give him a backup spot. Too bad Big Mike Williams hasn't been able to make it all the way back...looked promising for a while.

Anyways...another Dallas Cowboy left Dallas...not that Alex Barron was any good:

Back up? For what position, nose tackle?

He can join JaMarcus Russell in the All-TIme FATTIES football team. JarMarcus plays center and Mt. McKinnie plays nose.

Or they can hold a competition to see how many Big Macs they can down in 10 minutes.

Ha, even more news. He failed his physical. LOL

Giants tell Osi Umenyiora, agent they are no longer allowed to seek trade | NJ.com

Things are going to get ugly in NJ this season.

1:51 p.m. UPDATED with confirmation from Umenyiora's agent.

Giants tell Osi Umenyiora, agent they are no longer allowed to seek trade

The window for the Giants to trade Osi Umenyiora has apparently closed.

The team informed the two-time Pro Bowl defensive end today he and his agent are no longer allowed to seek a trade partner, according to someone informed of the conversation between the two camps today.

...

The team's decision to take the trade off the table is a sign they're looking to nip this distraction in the bud, though it might only serve to further escalate Umenyiora's anger over his claim the Giants promised to restructure his contract. If so, that might speed up the process here and bring a suspension for "conduct detrimental to the team" in play.

Drafting Jason Pierre-Paul is looking like a better move for the Gmen every day.

Looks like NY has a circus on their hands this season. I still don't understand why NFL teams insist on keeping players that don't want to play for them anymore.
