Man I feel the same, Honestly GM I dont know how much more I can take of this stuff. I get so excited for Redskins football the entire off season and I watch this shit every week. We haven't been good since I was like 5! We have only made the playoffs like 3 times since then. It's just hard to sit through every season when you see Cowboys fans or Eagles fans see their team winning and drafting Star players. Yea Dallas sux this season but they are still a good team full of talent. The Skins don't have anything that scares other teams. 98 is a really good athlete but he has to get better, he's still no Ware, Dumerville or Matthews. McNabb is a solid QB but he's OLD and not our future. We have NO WRs at all and we are starting a different FA RB every game. Sometimes during these games I actually wonder why I'm such a TRUE skins fan? I must admit the team has worn on me, I hate Losing at anything I do and I really hate when the team I spend alot of $ on (clothes, DTV, Car accesories, etc.) plays so bad that you dont even want to watch anymore. I have always said I will never root for any other NFL team but man I'm getting Damn close to backing out of that promise.

yep....as the last post said "The Skins don't have anything that scares other teams."....I think it was late in the 3rd where we had a 3rd down and the Giants were jumping around and rabid.....and we did the false start...that shows fear!.....we don't have that, who is scared of our offense or defense?........it was all around a pathetic effort, no running, no blocking, no tackling, no sacking, no passion (except on the sidelines)......but, as I told my buddy, I was hoping for 8-8 this season, beat the cowboys, and be competitive in every game......still have a chance for the first two......have major issues to address in the offseason......and they focus on the lines first...

We were exposed today by a team that we simply can't match up with. Even w/out 2 o-line starters it was a cake walk for the Giants o-line. They manhandledour defense. AH really wouldn't have made a difference. And their d-line just caused havoc. I'll keep on saying this but we simply must get younger this off season and I would expect and hope that a lot of the older guys will not be back.

huh? really? i hate hanyesworth as much as the next guy for his actions, but to say if he was playing he wouldn't have been able to bet snee one on one is just dumb. kemo couldn't get any movement up front and for most of the game it was just him on snee, atlease the plays i saw.

what are yall talking about??? MS. Has to establish rules within a organization that has lacked discipline for 15+ years. Playing players that show up late to meetings or lie about being in football shape should NOT be rewarded by playing them anyway.....discipline is the reason CP showed up to camp in the best shape in years...our problem is lack of talent.....(he did botch mcnabb benching)...its going to take time ppl....remember...we won only 4 games last year

He played last year when they ran up 40+ on us. It would not have mattered one bit. If he's in there Giants still win the game easily.

It's going to take time but changing the defense was MS idea cause he thought using a 3-4 would cause more turnovers. Well we went from a top 10 defense to the worst in the NFL. He has to take blame for that. MS should've just worried about fixing the offense and left the D alone. This 3-4 has been a complete cluster ****.

So i suspect we go to the 4-3 defense next year...Haslett i think will be gone.

One thing is for sure though, we need to find an offense. we are in need of a O-Line badly. The skins are gonna have a good draft pick this year, they should draft all offensive linemen with their picks and maybe sign like one skill player...

I dont think we will switch, and I bet Haslet is back also. The reason we wont switch,Shanahan's ego is way too ****ing big to admit it was a mistake to switch.

Re: Week 13: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread

We might have had a chance if haynesworth had played, if Rabach was replaced at center, and our receivers had not tipped a McNabb pass to give the Giants an interception. Well, this proves my theory that Shanahan and his son are a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic, and that he needed Elway to win in Denver. Could we sign Elway, please? I know Haynesworth needs to go, but while we're paying him, just go ahead and treat him like a diva, give him a Snickers bar and let him play on Sundays. But don't make the 'Skins look so inept. Orakpo needs a rest because he's hurt, not Haynesworth, who has had a long enough rest! Also, I would certainly sign Selvish Capers (the big tackle from WVU) and see if he can play. And get somebody who can call plays!!!

I'm starting to feel the same, and I thought that would never ever happen. I'm wondering why I bother scheduling my Sundays around the Skins game, just to waste 4 hours watching them get pounded. Right now, they could be the worst team in the league. I don't care who they've beaten this year or what their record is. They just blow. It would take a really bad effort from a really crappy team to lose to the Skins right now.

To add insult to injury, the expansion team in that one-horse town, Baltimore, is really good, and they have a young QB who will be their bonafide starter for the next 10 plus years. Watching them now, and want to puke.

Their 3rd and 4th WRs looked better than anyone we've got on the roster. They were big and physical. We've got shrimps and skinny little girly men.

I'm not sure about whether Haslett will be back, but it looked to me like much of the problem today was sloppy tackling...and some really questionable decisions by McNabb

I feel like we got crushed by the Eagles bc they were on fire, but today it was because we were pretty awful. We have no depth, and that will take some time to correct

Hagan is a career journeymen so I'm not sure why our DB's weren't getting physical with him. I've just had enough of this defense. We really don't seem to have any type of gameplan or ever seem to make adjustments.

The funny thing is it looks like our guys really don't know how to tackle and that comes down to coaching. Rocky is grabbing at Jacobs shoulder pads, Reed D. is grabbing at ankles, and don't get me started on Moore.
