Nobody wants to get dinged up in an OTA. If it's contact that's not supposed to be happening, I don't see the issue of someone bringing it up to the players union.

Apparently it was more about the hour spent at the facilities than actual contact during the drills. Everyone is being really vague about it

do 2 or more players have to complain to the union before an investigation or reprimand is issued?
read on the ravens forum that you need more than 1 complaining player.
