Best Personal Finance/Investing Sites?
What are some of (if any) the best websites/blogs you all visit for tips/latest news on managing your personal finances, smart investing, financial planning, etc?
Just curious as to what you all read and refer to

Motley Fool is a pretty common sense source for financial information. As far as reading, I would say Wall Street Journal has become accessible over the years.
Yahoo!Finance is great tool for researching companies and understanding finances, investing, etc. Great website! |

I'm actually meeting with a financial advisor. He's going to work out a plan for my retirement, vacations, insurance, and for buying a house. If y'all have some good sites I would appreciate it.

Morningstar is great for retirements and investments.

Re: Best Personal Finance/Investing Sites?
I guess if you're looking for tips, per se...there's a ton of sites out there. For blue chip stocks, go to Schwab, Merrill Lynch, UBS websites....any of the big firms have literature available on what they're analysts are recommending. CNBC (not Cramer!) have analysts/CEOs on 'round the clock talking about that next stock.
If you're looking to trade penny stocks, that's a tough one. Usually you're talking about sleazy brokers giving tips, but you can get a hot stock if you're doing some short term trading. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking to do though. |

Re: Best Personal Finance/Investing Sites?
I made a deposit and setup an E Trade account about a year ago. I still have not made any purchases as of today and my money is just sitting there. I did just get my IRA statement and it went up 30% this past year. Can't go wrong with Clark Howards advise.
