Expect Mark Brunell to sign with the Jets shortly now that Taylor has signed

I thought Brunell couldnt sign with the Jets if the Jets acquired Taylor... something about the final 4 rule?

You know what? You're right. I got it backwards. Brunell can still sign but probably not until August sometime.

Most of those players are crap, but Hurd would be a nice pickup (and Spears would have been fine -- pre-Carriker).

Ben Hamilton going to Seattle...
Adam_Schefter Seattle reached agreement with former Broncos guard Ben Hamilton, reuniting him with former Denver OL coach Alex Gibbs.

Bad memories of that 2008 MNF game have re-emerged from the dark abyss....

Re: 2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 5)
Hahahaha. I think this is funny as crap. Taylor feels that Miami won't pick him up again so he goes to the rival and tries to twist Miami's arm into making a decision and keeping him. Miami plays the games for about 2 weeks and finally says no we don't want you. Mean while the Jets are treated to "oh wait Miami is interested in me and I really hate the Jets and don't want to be one so let me see if Miami will take me back." Only to be rebuffed by Miami. lol. If I was a Jet I'd boo that mother every time he got on the field.
