Look, you can't lump the win-loss total as a QB statistic. It's false advertising. Thinking like that gives the wrong people credit for a win. Who won those patiot superbowls? Vinetari or Brady? How many did they win without him? Remember all those fumbles Thurman Thomas had against the Giants? Then they blamed the loss on a Scott Norwood missed fieldgoal!? Well, it was the final straw, but not all his fault, just like our 4-12 season. If you honselty thing the 4 were from the team and the 12 was from Jason Campbell, then there's no point even reading your responses anymore. |

Re: Fences to Mend?
Tiger I can understand but Jesse? What's the deal? Sandra Bullock is a fine piece of ass.
Tiger should've never gotten married. He should've taken that Trojan sponsorship too. But that's for another thread.

Mending fences? Sounds like a good offseason workout for Fat Albert.

Re: Fences to Mend?
He was certainly looked at a little differently. Give him one more year before we start calling for serious trades. Offering up Haynesworth was definately an option, but only as a measure to keep our draft picks.

Re: Fences to Mend?
I don't know, fence mending is a whole lot of lot of work for a guy like Albert. I would count on him to show up and fix one fence, two maybe if we are lucky, but after that he decides he's done and heads home.

Do you guys not remember Jason Campbell throughout the season? He was horrible! He'd complete his passes when it didn't matter and I'd flick the channel when it was 3rd and 10, the chances of him making that were about as likely as me starting for the Colts next season. He has much more lowlights than highs, and really just couldn't pull the trigger at any point this season or the last. It's incorrect to factor in us keeping him because he still has "potential".. If he's going to go become a good QB on another team, then go do that right now and thanks for the very few games that you made us all happy about Jason! |

Re: Fences to Mend?
THis squad, or the coaching staff owes absolutely NOTHING to HAynesworth. BUt I will go so far as to say this.
For the compensation that he has gotten from the owner thus far, and looking at his production and lack of commitment and inspiration, he needs to get his fat ass in gear, or this FO will ship him the fuck out, regardless if the union sticks their noses in the business. Shanny will just say that there were other factors, laziness, and he didnt fit in their plans for the defensive schemes they are switching to. Easy to get by that, and I am sure Haslett and Shanny are not looking over their shoulders at the big bad players union (gimme a break) when they are wheeling and dealing A.H to possible suitors. Simple fact is, A.H. owes THIS FRANCHISE something, not the other way around. He is already late on his payment, so he needs to (pardon the expression) cowboy the eff up and kick some ass, or he WILL be out of here. I want him to be here. I want him to be good. Lets move forward together, or he can move back, back to effin tenessee for all we care. |

Re: Fences to Mend?
I honestly hope both players stay on the skins. Especially Albert Haynesworth. AH followed the redskins offseason plan last year and we saw what those results got him.
I do wonder why was this info leaked about their names in particular? Noone knew about McNabb comming to Washington until it happened. Are they trying to send a message to Landry and AH?
