You think we could have gotten a guard taken in the third round as a free agent? What are you talking about? No chance.

No offense but I think you are overreacting. They just need to add some depth to the d-line. I mean last year everyone swore we were going to get a d-lineman and it didn't happen (did we every pick one up in last year's draft?) and the d-line fared well. I think Blache can develop Wilson as Daniel's replacement.

I think we could get our 3rd string QB as an UDFA. I am definitely against wasting one of our picks on a QB, but with that being said I think we will end up drating a QB.

The CB was a 2nd team all american...reach...could have been had in FA after the draft? Wasn't Smoot thought about the same way coming out of college?

No...Smoot was projected as a first rounder but fell to us in the 2nd.
No comparison

Smoot was a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

Now I remember didn't he have something happen in college that had him fall? But was he a 2nd team all american?

Certainly I'm not offended. But I just think we shouldn't have taken two WRs. With all the money tied up in Randle El and Moss, it just seems a little much to take both of those guys. Don't get me wrong, if they both pan out the passing attack will be just sick, but I think D-tackle or O-line would have been better picks rather than taking two wideouts.

I did. I haven't been anywhere near a computer or television all weekend until this morning. Chaz Reinhold? Isn't that Will Ferrel's character in Wedding Crashers?
