Re: Our Wish Granted at DE?

Im not trying to start some argument against a moderator considering im new to the site but to be honest i cant stand the brunell haters. i understand he had no arm and he played somewhat like a pu**y but none the less he restructured unlike springs who is a "core redskin" and for those who consider it rediculous to resign brunell dont realize how complex saunders offense is and the fact that mark has a decent grasp on it and if jason goes down he can fill in unlike most FA's that alot of fans would like to get signed.

Ok, well I'm not sure how this became about Brunell. I was merely telling you not to attack 5RINGS for any reason, Cowboys fan or not. Furthermore, I have been a staunch supporter of Brunell from day one (except for a few weeks in 2004 when I thought his arms had fallen off) so again I don't know why you went on some rant about my feelings on Brunell. Which you clearly don't know, nor do I expect you to since you've only been here a few days.

Re: Our Wish Granted at DE?

To be honest i braught in brunell in to context due to your bottom quote which was probaly pretty immature on my part. I see that you are pretty level headed when it comes to the skins which is very honorable because i honestly hate seeing how harsh some skins fans are on visiting teams (unless there from philly). truce ( i guess thats how you spell it ??)

Truce. Lady Brave had a brilliantly sarcastic post in another thread about Brunell and I stole it for my sig. I'm due for a new sig actually.

Re: Our Wish Granted at DE?

And by the way if you talk to smoot tell him i am sorry for the monday night game. I had front row seats and tore him a new a hole. Mostly because i was so pissed that he left because he was my favorite player when he left. His personality was key (especially before CP) and much missed when he left.

SmootSmack, man you have a good temperament. Good thing you're a mod because I wouldn't bother with speaking softly, I'd just wield a big stick and whack people all day long.

Re: Our Wish Granted at DE?

he hasn't been good since he left STL. I don't think this is the answer.

the real wish is mulitalo at OG. and a broncos deal (and possibly a seperate springs deal) could end up with us getting okoye + woodley + a 3rd round OG that could be a 6th man or starter in a year or two.

Re: Our Wish Granted at DE?

Not sure on this at all. He is a little smaller than Daniels and while not undersized would be the second smallest DE on the team and I would be happier with the pass rush comming from blitzing LBs if the DLine could hold the opposition run game in check ...

Plus he sounds a little like the evil professor from futureama ...

..and as for 5Rings I now you are new around here Holmester but you get used to him.

May I suggest the following:

We want you, We want you, We want you as a new recruit....

5 years ago I'd be all for it.. He's ineffective now and is just looking to hold on for one last payday somewhere.

He post here quite often. He takes it when we win and gives it when they win. He gives a fair opinion and even though he is a Dallas fan does give us an opinion from another point of view. I cannot think of one time he has been rude to any of us so what the problem with him posting here?
