Re: Troy Vincent
You're right, we're all happy he made one of the plays that helped win that game for us. The way McNab likes to throw the ball all over the field, let's hope he's not the goat this week. I'd hate to see a lot of bubbles burst.

Re: Troy Vincent
My first time in dc was last week. My First game at fedex field was last weeks game. I dont care if Vincent Gets burned for 23092834093248908 Touchdowns. He will always have a special place in Redskins history.

Re: Troy Vincent
Troy was a great pick up for us. Didn't we pick up Griffin midseason as well?

Re: Troy Vincent
I remember when Buffalo was about to release him someone started a thread saying we should get him, or at least asking if we would try....I remember thinking, man, you guys will start a thread about anybody who gets cut. Then when we signed him I though, blah, whatever. I never would have thought he could have this kind of impact.
His play is really irrelevant. Its, yes, the enthusiasm that he brings but also his ability to qb the defense, which was really apparant when I watched the replay of the game. He was all over the place pointing, yelling, and getting guys in position. Let's not pretend that Sunday was a great defenseive performance, but there was a spark and a coherence that I haven't seen from these guys since last season. |
