Why do we always run that silly little draw at the end of the half...why not just take a shot...what are the odds of an INT returned for a touchdown? I'm betting it's extremely slim. Even an INT deep in their territory isn't a big deal as long as the defender doesn't run it back. Gotta play to win I say...

Are the refs trying to make us lose? ARE's penalty was totally bogus. The Moss penalty was legitimate but the hit that causes it is ILLEGAL. The bullshit with Frost. The bs call of Washington. And then they totally blow the TD call and only get it right because it was SO obvious on replay. They were 4 yards away and neither could tell his second foot was 3 feet out of bounds? WTF?

Re: Skins at Colts game thread 10/22/06

the ref saw Rumph's hand on his back and assumed a push-out, but it was just too far out to make that case.

Home Field advantage to the Nth degree.

I think that's why you saw Sean Taylor so animated on the sideline after the Frost penalty. They feel like victims but aren't going to play like it.

I hope to see the Skins go for the throat in the 2nd half. But, please, no flags.

My thoughts exactly. On a day when the team is playing with passion on both sides of the ball, we now have to worry about the d**n refs giving the game away.

All of the calls you mentioned were totally bogus and led directly to the Colts 3 points. How the official signalled a TD, I'll never know. He was right there, for G*d's sake!

Re: Skins at Colts game thread 10/22/06

Because they were so backed up they went with Frost and a free kick, then halfway through his windup they started blowing the whistles for some mysterious reason. I think Frost was pissed about them calling off the play.

It looks like they were going to punt which I thought they were allowed to do since it is techinically a free kick. Apparently not.
