As I said in the penalty post, Joe Gibbs needs to start winning games and quit worrying about losing them.

This team needs a WINNING attitude and Gibbs needs to bring it.

i think the defense can be fixed, but thats it. brunell is the change needed at QB before we can take the next step. we got his best season as a pro last year and still couldnt advance past the seahawks.
