But he sucks and should work at Jiffy Lube.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

I think Sam week by week looks more like the real deal, again i say give him a full season and lets see what we have

What is great about him being a late rounder is that he cost us nothing really, which allows us to build around him versus paying a big time FA and having no more $$$$

fingers crossed

It begs the question: why did Rivera wait until the final game last year to play Howell ? If he hhad played him in 2022 some of the mistakes he's currently making would be cleaned up by now.

Because he is simply not a great coach and Turner wasn’t a great OC.

It’s embarrassing Ron had to be talked into playing him in the last game of last season. What a complete moron

Maybe sitting helped last year

TH 100% didn’t want play that game last year , career wise he was better off sitting that game , so the whole being a good guy and talking RR into starting SH was really low key self serving

To be fair, Heiniki is a better QB for turners F up system and this shitty line.
Dude could scramble and make plays while Howell has the pocket awareness of a blind man.

I do have to agree w/ you. It's just some click bait bs. He hasn't even started a full season yet. Just let it play out, one way or the other.

And sorry but Sam isn't better than Lamar at this point in his career. Lamar is a former NFL MVP. Maybe he will be better one day. We'll see.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

Howell needs a defense. And a coach that knows how to disguise plays.
