those are good stats but not sure what Farrar is trying to say; why did he pick those two? He doesnt say they are the two best from week 4

Also what is the qualifier for "big time throws" ?

BTT's are throws into tight windows like in man covg or zone but the defender is less than 2 yards away

Tua is the best quarterback in football right now in many categories. I think it was meant to be a comparison between Sam and the best statistical quarterback.

It’s a PFF stat?

Couple elite traits…ball placement and throwing with anticipation, makes Sam a step above other young QB.

This is also a second system Sam been in 2 years and he has seemed to pick up EB fairly quickly.

Folks, we need to build around Sam.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

Even though we are seeing the best QB play, throws, etc since You Know Who (Cousins), remember Sam is doing this in his second year, Cousins didn’t shine until his 4th year

Sam is way ahead of Cousins

DID YOU KNOW? 💡

Sam Howell is responsible for five completions with a completion probability under 20% this season, most in the NFL.

Says a lot about his receivers too. My guess is McLaurin is on the receiving end of most of those.

Re: The Sam Howell Thread

The national media is all in on the Howell hype now. Rightfully so, the dude has been on a tear the last few weeks. If he keeps this up we can make a playoff push

Idk who the 33rd team is but their QB rankings are AWFUL

Howell behind Love and Jones?? Lmao that’s a joke. Honestly he should be right under or right above baker (who is surprisingly balling this yr)

Like I’ve been saying, he’s the second coming of Joey T. Will be better than Cousins, we haven’t had a QB like this since Joey T. He’s the real deal. People laughed at me when I said he was better than the majority or rookies and veterans. He’s probing it.
