Re: Browns Postgame L
I have 2 conditions for my continued fandom. Snyder gone. Coaching staff gone. Fifty years I’ve followed this team and I’ve had enough. Reboot or I’m out.
Maybe losing today was for the best - otherwise, we could have Dallas i here blowing us out new week to clinch the NFCE and knock us out which would have been really hard to take. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Browns Postgame L
I forgot to mention - Watson threw for 23 yards in the first half, 4 sacks. Second half 3 TD drives - obv their staff figured out what they needed to do better and did it. JDR gets an F for that second half D.

Re: Browns Postgame L
Looks like our Draft will be somewhere between 12-16 .. depending on us losing next week which I’m sure we will .
I’m looking forward to the sale! I hope once that happens things will improve .. without the sale I’m not going to be able to keep my interest up in this team ..Snyder is poison to this franchise . |

Re: Browns Postgame L
My question looking ahead, how fucking fast can Dan get these bids done and close the sale?
My hope is this closes quick, the owner has a team come in fire every last person associated with the team and a new administration is brought in before next year. Hopefully Ron and his folks aren’t here for a lame duck season next year.

Re: Browns Postgame L
I forgot to mention - I've been opposed to starting Howell because I still believe anyone with a brain knows it takes more than a season for a 5th round rookie qb to learn the pro game (wunderkind QB's named Purdy excluded). In light of the fact that our game next week is meaningless I give up - start whoever you want Ron. I trust your eye on game film, if you think he's ready I think he's ready. The only difference it will make is wondering if we need to replace 2/3 qb's for next year or 3/3 qb's. Because if he sucks we're all gonna be on here talking about how we don't have a single quality qb on the roster.

Re: Browns Postgame L
I want to see Howell play next week. No point in playing Wentz anymore, might as well try and see how Howell plays.

Re: Browns Postgame L
I have zero confidence the team will start Howell next week.I fully expect Ron to stick with Wentz.

Re: Browns Postgame L
Of all my problems with Ron this is the least of them. He obviously wasn't game-planning for a losing scenario, it was a must-win game so he treated it as such.

Browns Postgame L

He is already obviously clueless. Publicly admitting you have no idea about the playoff scenarios of your own team just amplifies that. It isn’t exactly trigonometry. There are like a handful of teams fighting for a playoff spot. How the hell do you not realize one of them winning could end your season after you lost three in a row? Did he think they had 8 wins? Its just fuckin oblivious Ron. Nobody is saying he should worry about what he can’t control but you gotta know the scenario there. It sort of involves ur job? U lose, GB wins and its season over. It just screams obliviousness man. |

Re: Browns Postgame L
Start Howell. Totally meaningless game. Throw him to the wolves. See if can handle it. Dallas will be about a tough as an assignment as it gets- if Dallas needs the game.
Please do not start Wentz. He is done here. No need to play him. Deactivate him. |
