ASHBURN, Va. - Three consecutive losses, with upcoming road trips to St. Louis and Arizona. Things don't look good for the Washington Redskins.

Which is why coach Joe Gibbs on Monday called a veterans-only meeting, inviting just players with five years of experience or more. Twenty-four Redskins have been in the NFL for at least five years.
