Would not hurt my feelings if Greg became head coach!

Re: House Cleaning put on hold....

I've been a fan for 50 years, and I've never seen the likes of this. I hope the stadium is empty for every home game next year. If any fans do show up I hope it's for the other team.

How can anyone in their right mind be thinking of building a new stadium right now? What am I missing here?

At this point, I'm completely on Sally Jenkin's bandwagon. Your arrogance has to be enormous to not see just how much this ship is sinking. My only hope now is it will get so bad that Snyder will sell the team.

Now I understand why the players don't give a fuck. Now it makes perfect sense.

.@SheehanPodcast: Todd Bowles's "interview" w #Redskins included "Doug Williams only… And in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Doug Williams didn't have some thoughts about heading with Bowles to Tampa himself. And I'll leave that one alone for now."

If I were the Doug Williams, I would want to go to Tampa Bay

If I were the Redskins, I wouldn't care if he did.

As a quarterback, Doug Williams is a legend. As a front office guy, I don't even know if I'd call him mediocre. He's always struck me as a competent scout who was elevated to a senior executive role here to placate fans in aftermath of the Mcloughan debacle. I understand that he has been put in an awkward positions by the front office at times, but his comments to the media have ranged from bumbling to embarrassing to downright inexcusable. His remarks minimizing domestic violence in the aftermath of the Foster signing would have gotten him fired from a better organization (of course, those better organizations would not have claimed Foster in the first place (which they didn't)). If Williams wants to move to Tampa, I'd buy his luggage, pack his bags, and drive him to the airport.

How about bringing Eric bieniemy in for HC? I know JG's job is "safe", but hell DS pulled the rug out from GW a couple years ago, let's do it again. At least he knows AS, and how to coach a young qb

Hopefully he gets a look when Gruden is fired next year. I remember EB when he was a hell of a back for the Colorado Buffs. We just need a change in leadership in the worst way.

How about firing your current defensive coordinator before you start half assing interviews to bring in a new one? Don't go tiptoeing around this shit. Unbelievably shitty move by this FO.

Well now, let's see-we won't beat anybody in our division and I don't know who we play outside as of yet, fans get ready for a VERY BAD YEAR, I'm already prepared so I won't be surprised as the losses pile up,yes I'm a fan but I'm a realist too and when you don't have a QB you ain't going too far- if this team goes 6-10 Gruden should get coach of the year.

There hasn't been much of that around here for over two decades (Gibbs II excepted).

Re: House Cleaning put on hold....

This whole organization is a wreck folks, and it starts at the top. Nobody will want to come to DC unless its just for the $. Would you want to coach or work with this team right now?

I must admit, I didn't think much of this guy before reading the article. I believe most offense coordinators would look great if they had Mahomes. Nagy was impressive because of his work with Alex Smith. Although after reading this article, I would not oppose to this idea for next year.
