How many teams have given a coach a 6th year despite a losing record and zero playoff wins? Either waiting for the coach market to shrink next year or they really think Jay could’ve won the division without the AS injury.

I think it's neither one.

Snyder knows that Jay is the "best of the worst" coach, and that he could not attract / obtain someone who is better than Jay, that would agree to come and work under Snyder and Bruce Allen..

I’m completely floored at this point that as bad a shape as the organization is in, and the fact Snyder has to know the fan base is rapidly eroding, that he has to see the newspapers, social media, etc they will do NOTHING to make ANY positive changes.

I’m truly stunned

I can accept that it's hard to judge Gruden when half his roster ends up on IR every year. We're gonna have to wait until we stay healthy and we still end up near .500 before he goes.

To be honest, I'm alright with that. Get rid of Manusky though (I know it's not happening because Gruden said his staff is coming back).

But not with BRUCE FUCKING ALLEN. FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.

I think Callahan and Manusky are leaving, fan base is too pissed off, something has to happen. I would start with BA, he ruined this team like his dad trading the future.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

Was Callahan an arranged marriage forced on Jay by Bruce and Dan?

I haven't heard anything directly on point but reading between the lines from what several Sheenhan podcasts, I could see those guys thinking hiring him "away" (I think his contract was up) from the cowboys was some sort of coup, regardless of how he fit Jay's offense.

I heard it here first, I thought he said it in his end-of-year presser but I went back and watched the whole thing and he didn't mention it. He might've said it in his Philly post-game presser. But I think it might be connected to his quote where he said 3rd down conversions was a major issue that needs to be handled.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

As long as Bruce Fuckboy Allen is here, might as well keep Gruden for the next 20 years. When he is finally fired then get new coach that year or following season.

Dan Snyder must enjoy being a loser. Pathetic.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

It’s funny how a few years ago we were complaining about Snyder firing coach after coach, now we complain for keeping a coach. Just an observation.
