If this goes thru, this is awesome for us. Is extra 5th this year?

Edit - no response needed, being discussed in Cravens thread.

Re: Redskins Offseason Thread

The Redskins are getting the DRAMA filled guys out of town and I love it. This is a good direction to go in.

For someone who didn't seem to care about football, I even wonder what kind of shape he's in...

Extra swings at the bat is what I love! Give this team a bunch of young, talented draft picks. I have to say, not bad by Bruce Allen.

The University of Calgary will host a pro day on Thursday.

One NFL team is set to be in attendance: the Washington Redskins.

Two Dinos offensive linemen are going to work out on campus: Ryan Sceviour and Darius Ciraco. - @JDunk12 #CFL

Good article by Keim: Redskins' exodus of draft picks continues with Su'a Cravens' departure - Washington Redskins Blog- ESPN

This article shows how much we have changed in last few years, using our own players to replace players who left us/let them go without going overboard on contract offers. We signed only 2 free agent players to replace departed players, which is a big step up in Redskins's strategy. I absolutely love this! Of course, this strategy heavily depends on Redskins' draft success and so far it appears to be treading toward positive path.

Good to know they are looking deeper than highly rated players. I'm not too concerned about our Oline, I trust Callahan to do his magic.

Nseke was a guy that made the rounds in different leagues. He has turned into a quality depth player.

Indeed! I have to admit, I feel little bad for Nseke because he is getting older and I know he could have gotten bigger contract if Redskins couldn't use restricted tender on him. Still, this is a great move by Redskins.

Yeah, but on flip side, he might've never made NFL team if not for us. I think he's making like 2.7 million this year. Nice chunk of change in our world lol. Nothing in the sports world.

What magic is that? He was in charge of our running game and it sucked.

Even greatest coach in the world won't be able to transform #3 and #4 Oline players into great line that could elevate the running game.

He has improved greatly over th epast few years, i still, IMHO, see him as a great back-up but not an elite full time starter.... but ... when given the chance he could in fact prove me wrong.
