Oh, Colt Brennan. I remember that dude! Third stringer that I thought might be able to work his way up to being a starter. Didn't he get into some sort of car accident which essentially ended his NFL career?

Re: I Got All Sorts of Warpath Questions

The car accident helped end his football career. NFL career was gone before that though.

The talk around here was that Brennan was gonna be the 2nd coming, franchise for years, yadda yadda yadda. You know, the preseason excitement that seems to cling to some long shot people. Some of it was tongue in cheek, some of it not so much. So I threw together that image and it caused quite a stir. It was a hilarious week or so.

Brennan seemed like he was one of those preseason stars. Much like the little dude, #16 (why can I not remember his name) who returned punts and kickoffs for us? He was great in preseason, but couldn't translate into the regular season.

Are there any guys here from the Yahoo site?

Yes! Brandon Banks! I had a brain fart there! BB was so exciting in the preseason, and then in the regular season, looked like a kid among men! Heard he's tearing it up in the CFL though.

Re: I Got All Sorts of Warpath Questions

When you look back on the threads from several years ago theres a lot of interesting characters that dont post anymore. Does anyone remember that Big Skin Baer guy that sometimes posted nothing more than a million different emojis in a row? Like just the "we want dallas" and "headbanger" and a bunch of others over and over all the way down the page. The way they were coordinated sometimes it looked like he put a lot of thought into it lol

Bizarre/shock value.
Alcohol may also have been a factor.

Did she really? That's so weird. I also wonder why people just disappear sometimes. I definitely don't post as much as I used to, but I'm always lurking just as much as ever. I mean I get it if someone has like 100 posts, but a lot of the people who just leave have thousands. So odd.
