Glad to see they just meant he was back to his old self. Heck just now I was started a show on Netflix where at the start a guy was staring up a church at which point I thought to myself 'Am I watching the music video for "What if God Was One of Us?" FML Edit: In case anyone cares I am now actually watching the music video for What if God Was One of Us. For better or worse this song is going to be stuck on repeat in my head for the next few hours Important follow up edit edit: Okay What if God Was One of Us is now out. Zombie by The Cranberries is now in......just thought you guys should know.

Hey, no doubt from me. Anytime your veteran starting QB has a season almost on par statistically with Curtis Painter's pitiful season in Indianapolis, it's time to start thinking seriously about a change. If I'm the Giants' FO, I'm on the phone with the Redskins right now, offering them my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round draft picks for the services of Kirk Cousins. If that doesn't work and I actually can't find any another upgrade over Eli, I either retire or shoot myself. Certainly wouldn't want to be associated with a guy who threw 27 INTs in one season. 27! I mean, heck! How do you throw to the guys in the wrong color jersey 27 times in a single season?
Just as a side note, some of the above is satire. Some, not so much... |

It's too much fun to hold back! Perhaps I'll regret it if ole Eli tosses another game winning TD pass or two against us next year(), but it's great fun typing right now.

Eli does throw a ton of picks but I will say dude is money in the clutch moments of games. Is he a HOFer? No but he's a top 15 QB in the league today.

Why are we bashing a team, or any part of it, that beat us twice last year, won two recent championships, and for all intensive purposes has been better than us for the last 23 years? Lol.
Edit: just for the record I hate the Giants more than any other team, but unless were talking about the Raiders or Browns we just shouldnt talk. Last edited by punch it in; 04-12-2014 at 02:24 PM. |

If Eli's claim to fame is throwing a ton of picks, then so be it. If I were a Giants fan, I would point to the two SB wins, but the ghastly amount of picks he throws is certainly more noteworthy. |

Eli's 2 Super Bowl MVP Pro bowl etc. See when I bring those up people get mad so I don't but since you wanted to throw out the int's I 'll admit those also We agree on everything about Eli and that you know little about football. We're good.

I personally think Eli is an average qb that does throw alot of int's, but you are Giantone not Elione so who cares. Lol. Justin Tuck deserved the mvp in the first sb imo.
