Rumor has him going to the Browns. I know he wants to coach in the NFL. I doubt it happens here though, he considers Spurrier his strongest mentor, and I doubt Spurrier has great things to say about his time here.

Re: Who Do You Want to Be The Head Coach?

I think the only way I could decide is if I could figure out who these guys would get to be their offensive and defensive coordinators. I do trust Jim Caldwell to work very sensibly in a GM-led structure with Bruce Allen picking players and Caldwell getting on the same page in a conciliatory manner. I also trust Caldwell to be a terrific manager of men. But of equal importance is the X & Os guys he'll have at his side. I have no idea who they'd bring.

I pegged him for a college lifer, but it would be a good time to exit after sticking it to Saban last night.

Re: Who Do You Want to Be The Head Coach?

Will it negative affect the Redskins long term if they decide to go with the OC coordinator from the Seahawks, if the Seahawks go all the way to the Super Bowl? I mean if that is the case, the Redskins won't name a coach until February.

What about Rich Bisaccia? Dallas ST coach. I guess we interviewed him. Was it Allen doing a friend a favor, or did they have any real interest?

He's not leaving is the word in Norman, but obviously that can change , I knew Cleveland wanted him though and the fact that he's from Ohio I'm sure is going to be a role in the process.

I think this gives a good perspective on Bisaccia for HC.
