I don't think I have ever seen a worse tackling team in my entire life. I understand that the rookies are probably going to miss some tackles, but it's not just them, it's everybody and I cannot put my finger on how, all of a sudden, this team forgets to tackle.

Defense is on the field first, they need to set the tone. 7 minute 80 yard TD drive to start the game is not setting any kind of tone

I dont understand our D, we get pressure on the QB but then we dont.. Kerrigan was great the first series and then he was gone..

Once the Packers went to a quick hitting passing game it killed our rush effectiveness.

...and then we failed to adjust. Our DBs gave huge cushions, never jammed GB receivers.

Will we see any kind of improvement at least with stopping the run game when we get our guys back from suspension?

I see that as an element that is part of the problem.

I don't think Shanahan is going to have to worry about who his DC is going to be. He's not going to survive this if the team keeps playing this poorly.

Don't hear a lot about Wr's not getting seperation, Holes not as big for Alf, Int OL getting crushed without Read Option.. Talk about that

With all the talk about RGIII, I feel some valid points are brought up here. It's not just RGIII that's struggling.

Agreed. If the team continues to look uninspired, unprepared and play undisciplined football I think Shanny should hit the road mid year, but regardless this should be his last season unless we see huge improvement across the board. The succession plan has become a complete joke, given Kyle's apparent lack of rapport with RG and almost total inability scheme anything beyond the RO or what we saw with McNabb, Rex, Beck. This is such a vanilla unless RG is running with his hair on fire. Time to move on. Just think of the quality coaches we've missed on the last few years between Harbaugh, Pete Carol, Reid.

Hell, I'd take John Gruden just for his positivity and sideline energy at this point. This team is dead right now. Sad to watch.

Team Speed on defense doesn't look good now, contributing to the missed tackles and the YaC stat.

QB always gets the blame. Sure those things are occurring, but there are better QBs with worse players around them who still find ways to perform. QB is always a position that deserves and gets atleast 25% of the blame.

I know the perfect D Coordinator for this team, but sadly he works for the Jets still.

Nope. Regardless of my intense dislike for the classless Ryan brothers, this town ain't big enough for the egos of M Shanahan and Ryan. That's saying something.
