Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
dude it's a finger in chili...it's definitely for flavor, and the cook forgot to take it out...no biggie
that's the thing about fast food...you just can't think about what you're eating. if you do, you're done for.

Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
Yeah Dateline did a report a few weeks ago on the number of Critical Violations by each fast food chain. A Critical Violation is any violation of food handling standards deemed serious enough to potentially make you violently ill.
They tested like 100 different restaurants across the country for each fast food chain, and found that McDonalds was the worst with like 1.5 Critical Violations per location. That means if you go to McDonalds, there is a good chance your meat wasn't kept cold enough, or the employees didn't wash their hands after dropping a deuce. Taco Bell rated really well surprisingly, and so did Wendy's. Two of my favorites. But they still came in at 0.8 critical violations per location. So no matter what fast food place you go to, you're dealing with germs! But it's soooo worth it! mmmmm.... Wendy's Classic Triple with Cheese... aaaaggghhhh |

That's why I go to sit down restaurants as often as possible (or to Subway).

Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
the thing about sit downs is when you get your food and it's not cooked right or something, never , NEVER send it back , just eat it the way it is. reality is all places that serve food screw around sometimes. i've heard many stories about spitting, putting boogers or even dipping their balls into the sauce of a pizza strait from the people who used to work there. there no telling what you've eaten.

Don't eat the mints BTW. There's more traces of urine on mints than in the bathroom itself sometimes. Yes, even the wrapped mints since other people's dirty hands were digging into those mints. You may want to avoid condiments at a chains or other sit down restaurants as anyone working in one can probably attest to "marrying" the condiments. It's sidework that a server usually has to do before they can go home that involves taking all the open, partially empty condiments and pouring them into each other and cleaning the bottles inside and out until they all full and look brand new. You don't want to know how they clean these bottles sometimes, besides the fact that the ketchup may be recycled over and over again into different bottles daily. Anyone want some ketchup for your fries? |

Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
I stay away from fast food as much as possible anyway.
If I eat at a McDonald's or Burger King once a month that's alot for me. |

Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
I bet it tasted like chicken. Think about it. There's a guy who works for a meat packing plant and when hes walking to work he looks down and says damn theres a half of finger. He puts it in his pocket and starts to think of what to do with his new found toy. When he gets to work he throws it in with the ground beef and say damn I just made somone a millionaire.

Ah, but would you donate any of that money to charity afterwards?

Re: I'm Never Eating Fast Food Again
Reminds me of the fried chicken head someone found when opening up their McNuggets. Kinda makes you wonder where they got the idea for their chicket selects.
