12:01 Tonight...
This is always a very busy night for the Redskins, historically. We've all discussed the Coles trade, Smoot, Rolle and Pierce extensively. Anyone expect to see any surprise midnight signing tonight?

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
I hope not. I want little to no turnover this offseason. All I want is for the Skins to resign Smoot, Pierce, and Salave'a. As for Coles.....that whole thing is a fucking mess. I don't even care what happens anymore.....just put an end to this bullshit.
Sorry for cursing guys..... |

I'm sick of Coles.....I bet he has to stay and he's made a fool of himself with his outrageous demands for a trade that no team will agree upon...........

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
I want our first signing to be either a new starting center, a pass rushing DE like howard, or Derrick Mason if coles does wind up getting shipped out. Plus a big, young DT would be kewl to add to the rotation.
What if the Skins were able to work out sending Coles and our first rounder to Minnesota for their new first round pick(#7) and their 2nd rounder? We'd be in a better position to get Mike Williams and have a 2nd rounder to draft either a good guard, cb, or mlb. as far as resigning, I hope Peirce resigns as well as Smoot if he is closer to the offer given by the team rather than the offer from his camp. and Samuels looks like he;s a done deal so if the #'s r what have been reported (About 13.5-15 million SB) about how much should we be under the cap now? around 10-11 million or so right? |

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
Casey Rabach, center from the Ravens, smart guy, seems like Bugel would dig him.
And Anthony Becht, TE from the Jets. Gibbs tried Walter Rasby in the blocking TE role but he pretty much sucked. A good blocking TE is key to opening up the ground game, and Becht is a great blocker. Neither should be terribly expensive, which would fit in with what Gibbs is going for. |

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
LOL, well said S&C on Rabach. I must have been typing my message when you said the same thing. I think he's the best C out there, and still young.

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
For those of you who might be interested... these are the specs to Danny's Challenger (aka Redskin 1)
http://www.aerospace-technology.com/...Challenger604/ He probably paid roughly 18 mil for this jet and has an operating cost of roughly $1600/hour. |

Re: 12:01 Tonight...
Usually on a Challenger, there is a 3-4 man crew and that is figured into the modest $1600 per hour operating cost.
