ESPN Selects Antonio Pierce as All-Pro???!!!

According to ESPN's Lenny Pasquarelli:

"The top 4-3 middle linebackers witnessed by these two eyes during 2004 -- London Fletcher of Buffalo, Antonio Pierce of Washington and New York Jets rookie Jonathan Vilma -- seemed to be afterthoughts. Pierce, who stepped in admirably for the Redskins when Michael Barrow couldn't answer the bell, will be duly recognized next week when ESPN.com unveils its All-Pro team for the '04 season."

I'm glad for Pierce! Such a class guy - and a hell of LB.

We better not let him get away.

Culpepper was saying that the Skins were the fastest D he's seen all year...if the offense could have put more points on the board...

I think we won't have problem's keeping player's around, especially on the defensive side of the ball these guy's love playing for William's, the 1 thing I would credit Gibb's for this year is his ability to bring player's together I believe this will aid our ability to keep player's around I do think they believe in gibb's and in what we are doing how else could you explain not having our defense riot against our offense?

Now that Len Pasquarelli has said something laudatory about one of the Redskin players, I don't see the normal postings here calling him a dumbass who could not find his way out of a toilet stall without a map. I wonder why that might be...??? :confused-

I think what pisses people off about Lenny P is a lot of times he's right about the negative things he says about the Skins. The truth hurts.

He said Gibbs would struggle in his first year, looks like was right.

He was very vocal about how he thought Brunell had lost it, even before he signed with us, well once again it looks like he was right.
