"I'll say it's about 90%," he told the paper. "I won't say 100% because I don't know what kind of endurance I have in it, but as far as how it feels, it's doing good and I'll say 90%."

Glad he's recovering nicely! Hope he continues to build upon this past year's performance before he had gotten hurt.

As for endurance, Landry is speaking of his achilles..

Wow. I wouldn't even attempt that with an empty bar...just the balancing part of the exercise would be tough.

What's wrong with dumbbell presses if you can only use one arm? Seems like the safer, obvious way.

Oh well, he's a monster. Glad he's in B&G.

I think he is doing single armed bench presses with dumb bells maybe? Thats how I read it at least.

Then it would be dumbbell presses and not bench presses.

My left wrist's endurance is great. He could probably use some non-traditional therapy to build it up.
