2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 3)
Redskins met with Bowling Green WR Freddie Barnes after (or maybe before) his Pro Day performance yesterday
Redskins showing a lot of interest in Eric Berry, may bring him in for a private workout. Zac Robinson as well

I read Barnes has long arms catches everything BUT he has tendinitis in his knees.

If we sign Porter we will most likely trade Carter and/or Mcintosh?

i'd take a 4th for Carter, possibly a 5th. he's got not place in our system, so we might as well get something for him.

More WRs? I thought we were set? How many more do you need?

Well we did cut ARE, so we need to pick up a 5th WR from somewhere.

I would only want to trade Carter if we get Porter (or if we plan on releasing him). If they are considering a release, we need to get him out the door sooner rather than later... |

Re: 2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 3)
he's projected as a 5th rounder... given that we only have 5 draft picks, I dont think we can afford to spend a single draft pick on a wide receiver though.

I don't think the interest in Barnes is serious

Is anyone else concerned we're looking at Ryan Leaf 2.0 in Jimmy Clausen?
