Pro Bowl Balloting
Here are the results of the voting to date for defensive players.
Here are the results of the voting to date for offensive players. If the balloting ended today and the players were sent to the Pro Bowl solely based on fan votes, Haynesworth would be the only Redskin to go. Unfortunately, Fletcher would not go. Amazingly stupid fans put Keith Brooking and AJ Hawk (among others) ahead of Fletcher. AJ Hawk's numbers aren't particularly impressive and he was benched for two games. It's a travesty that fans think that a guy who rides the pine deserves to go instead of Fletcher. |

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
There are still coach and player components but it would be a shame if Fletch doesn't make it.

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
honestly the only players i voted for this year were orakpo, carter, fletcher, smith, rocky and fat al, there really aren't any others worthy of pro bowl consideration imo

Peppers and Osi? One quit on his team and the other was benched.

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
I was down there too but went to college with a ton of Panthers fans. They are disgusted with Peppers. He is the highest paid player in the league and has only put effort in a couple of games.

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
Peppers has wanted out of Carolina for years. That's what the management gets for keeping a player that's openly stated he doesn't want to play for them.

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
You want stupid fans? Tracy McGrady is like the #2 vote-getter in the NBA Western Conference ballot right now. I'm pretty sure SGG has played as many NBA games this year as McGrady

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
That's the Chinese vote. Serious. They vote for him as they vote for Yao Ming because they're teammates.

Re: Pro Bowl Balloting
The pro bowl has really lost it's value when Osi and Tuck can have an opportunity to make it with the type of seasons their having. Orakpo has more sacks than both of them combine. LF has been one of the best ILB in this decade and he has yet to make a pro bowl appearance. The Pro Bowl is one big joke.
