Redskins executive vice president
Vinny Cerrato just confirmed an ESPN report that offensive tackle Ray WIllis, Washington's first free agent visitor, has chosen to re-sign with Seattle. Willis, a backup during Redskins coach Jim Zorn's final three seasons as the Seahawks' quarterbacks coach, started 10 games in 2008 and would've battled Stephon Heyer to be the heir apparent to aging Redskins right tackle Jon Jansen, 33.
