Re: Sinclair Released
given his injuries it makes sense, otherwise it looked like he was in great position to earn a job.
For the vet min. crowd (which includes me from time to time), it may be time to check the waiver wire for some backup LBs! |

Re: Sinclair Released
Sinclair isn't really and nfl caliber LB anyways I mean who are we kidding. He is just a little too slow and doesn't have huge instincts to make up for that. He was a solid citizen and he was probably at least 50/50 to make the team. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. It's not like someone in the front office isn't watching the waiver wire like a hawk 24/7 just praying a solid linebacker gets released from a LB heavy team.

Re: Sinclair Released
I am not worried, the Redskins were only going to keep three LB's anyway and Campbell and Blades play every position. So they need a guy behind them, forth string so to speak.

Re: Sinclair Released
I'm sorry to hear about Sinclair, but you're right...he was already hurt and I was looking for him to go on the dl, so he'd miss the whole season anyway. We need need somebody and deep down I want to see LeVar back, but I know that isn't possible.

Re: Sinclair Released
I think it was because he didn't suck when he played. He wasn't a big play maker by any stretch but he did the job and we never saw him on the losing end of a bad play. It could be noticeable that with him out our run defense play for crap most of the game.

Re: Sinclair Released
Until the Carolina game, I said the same thing about Doughty.
