Re: Cooley Appearance in VA
I wish I lived closer. I would give Cooley $35 bucks to sign my jersey. ps. I think you need to post a bigger pic Redskin Rich.

I am sure if you call the place, they will do mail order... most of these places do. |

Sure, if you go to training camp, you can try to catch him.... hit or miss if he signs... but he is not going to go sit in someone's store and sign everything you want him to unless he get's paid.

I try to stick with the grts, hof'ers. Cooley has a decent autograph he does have two though his hurry up one which consists of three loops and a scibble and his paid one which is the more recognizable. $35 (or 4.5 beers at the game) is a good price to meet him, get a signature and a picture with him.

Re: Cooley Appearance in VA
Anyone go to this appearance or know if the signing went down? I sent in a ProLine Revolution helmet for the signing so I'm kind of anxious to find out if everything went as planned. I could call the place but I'd rather not bother them again as they might be sick of my emails by this point
P.S. I know this is old news now, but as to that story about Cooley depositing his $9 million signing bonus at a drive through window ... bear in mind that I haven't done compound interest equations since 11th grade, but even without fancy math, if you deposited $9 million in an account returning 5% interest that is $450,000 in interest for the year, or roughly $360 an hour. HOLY CRAP! No wonder these guys look for the big pay days. Hope Cooley didn't put that in a checking account returning like .5% (though that would still be $45,000/year).
