Skins - Ravens Scrimmage at Fedex

Anyways, me and my dad are trying to go to this, and he said if we go we'll need to take the metro. My question is, isn't there a stop on the metro that leaves you like a couple blocks from fedex? And if so, what line is that on? I think they added a new station a couple years ago so fans wouldn't have to take the bus from that old station to fedex field.

The closest station is Landover (orange line), which is 3 miles from FedEx. On game days, Metro runs busses between Fedex and the station, but I don't know if they're going to do that for the scrimmage.

yeah, the old Addison Road station. That's the one we used when my dad took me to a skins game once. I thought they were building a new station that's a closer proximity to Feded though.

There is a newer station - take the Blue Line to the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station. The Morgan Boulevard Station is located on Garrett Morgan Boulevard and is within 1-mile walking distance to FedExField.

I will be driving from NoVA, but the car will already be crammed full of like 6 people in an attempt to watch this "free" game with minimal costs.

Just FYI the bus only runs from Landover, you have to walk from Morgan Blvd. Its not a terrible walk (~1 mi), but Im not looking forward to it in this heat! But fortunately I'll be making the walk early to get into the parking lot by the time they open at 9. You think this is just training camp for the Skins? Its time to whip our tailgate crew into shape as well!

I'll be rolling in with my 4 year old son around 10:30 - and probably leaving by 12:30 if he has anything to say about it.

Who wants to swing through MoCo to pick me up? All of my so-called friends are too busy to go and I'm not going alone (I'd cry too much)

I wish i could help you but my other friend is driving and he said no. My so called friends ditched me too. Everyone knows i am a big skins fan. I asked 13 people to go. 11 told me, sure(given some said this a long ass time ago). 1 gave me reason to believe he was coming and the 13th had a shot. They would bring friends, girl friends, and cousins leading me to believe i could know up to 20 people going with me. Right now i am trying to gather 6. Its sad, people lie to the bsb
