I only ever use charcoal when tailgating, otherwise it's all about the gas.

Re: Charcoal Grill vs Gas Grill

both have their strengths but u can't beat a steak grilled over charcoal and the right flavoring chips mixed in. both easily crush the crappiness of a broiled steak.

I must say, my father cooks grilled steaks with a propane tank like every sunday, and they are always delicious. Gas all the way.

Re: Charcoal Grill vs Gas Grill

Charcoal tastes the best but is more of a pain in the ass.
Gas grilled is extremely convenient and tastes almost as good.
My choice is the gas grill.

Re: Charcoal Grill vs Gas Grill

I'd rather use charcoal but with limited time I gotta go with propane.

If you wanna grill out
But your charcoal won't light - propane

Re: Charcoal Grill vs Gas Grill

Grilling snobs will say charcoal, but for me gas is the most convenient and it still beats anything you can do indoors anyday.

If you're going for the fast, easy and yet still good girl...its gas.

But you can't beat a nice slow roasted peice of meat over Charcol.

I always thought a fast and easy girl would be a prostitute.

Well according to Gmanc, the girl is fast and easy, yet still good. Finally, a pro you can bring home to meet mom and dad

WWSBFD? (What would Sammy Baugh Fan do?)
I have no doubt he's a charcoal man.
My question for SBF is Hickory, Pecan or Mesquite?
