Seriously though, I'm really into that old 80s metal right now. Skid Row, Megadeath, Guns 'n' Roses, The Cult.

I listen to that, closely followed by techno and then hardcore gangsta rap. I have to learn to stick with something. :P

The Killers.

They sound like Echo and the Bunnymen had sex with the Psychadelic Furs.

And maybe they did. The Eighties were a wild, wild time.

Re: what is everybody listening to?

My days consist of listening to Elliot in the Morning, then bouncing on Sirius between Faction (a good mix of Rock, Punk, Hip Hop), First Wave (Those who started the New Wave genre, mostly Brit bands), Octane (Hard Rock), and The Big 80s.

I've been really into cky, HIM, Matisyahu, Hawthorne Heights, and A Tribe Called Quest lately.

Definitely listen to EITM when I can, then its Tool's 10,000 days, Matisyahu's live at stubbs, just broke out the old Tribe called quest's low end theory the other day and forgot how great that cd was. others on heavy rotation: Offspring's Smash, Black Sabbath's Paranoid (#6 Hand of Doom is awesome) Calexico, 311's music, and Sublime's 40 Oz.
