Bradford still leads, Locker Clausen gain

http://dcprosportsreport.com/2009/12/01/mock-munch-clausen-still-the-projected-top-pick.html

9 of the 21 mocks projecting a QB tot he Redskins project Sam Bradford. However, Jake Locker and Jimmy Clausen increase in their projections, while Tim Tebow falls.

3 mocks have the Redskins going DT. Huh? Really?

We better not pick that stick Bradford, we can't protect him he'd be ground beef in the NFC Beast.

I agree. We don't need Bradford at all.

not gonna lie, even though we have various offensive needs, suh might be too good to pass up if he were available wherever we pick. he and haynesworth in the middle...they both require double teams. orakpo and carter would have a field day at the qb. we will see how things play out.

Plus, if we are uncapped, we can get another QB via free agency.

Seriously, if we pick any Defensive player in the first 3 rounds(assuming we pick up some picks) I think Ashburn had better pull up the drawbridge and prepare for an armada of mobile signs, cuz EVERYONE knows what we ought to be picking!

I really hope we don't draft any defensive players early, though I might make a small exception for Eric Berry. But even that won't thrill me

Would you take Berry in the top 8 picks if Landry could be traded for a package including a second (between picks 40 and 55) and a sixth rounder?

Could the offensive issues be addressed with two second round picks?

Can we also maybe trade Rogers for a 3rd? And are we sticking with Campbell in this scenario...or re-signing Chase Daniel?

Well, in this scenario we can't necessarily get anything meaningful for those guys before the draft, so whether or not they are in our future plays, we still have Campbell or Rogers going into draft day on second round RFA tenders. The only opportunity would be to trade Landry for a 2nd+.

Eh...probably not. I really don't have a problem with Landry. Just that it seems Landry, Horton, and Doughty all pretty much play the same position-Strong Safety. And I'm not sold yet on Moore as a starting free safety. I think drafting someone like Berry doesn't really help matters. A guy like Allen out of South Florida in the 5th round might be another issue.

I would like to address our QB issue (whether that means drafting someone or extending Campbell), our OT issues, and our RB issue before we address the secondary.
