I'm surprised he wasn't here sooner. Sign him.

Can't help but wonder if this has anything to do with the rumors the Cowboys are interested in him with T. Glenn down

Probably that...and maybe someone to push B. Lloyd down the charts or all the way off.

I'm OK with this as long as he doesn't set foot on the field as a redskin. Lloyd is way better, at least he will catch it, if it is thrown to him. Caldwell dropped how many in last years AFC title game?

I kind of thought they would bring in a secondary player to fill Jansen's roster spot. Is Stoutmire still available?

I don't think they've officially IR Jansen just yet. But would you bring in another secondary guy or a decent wideout?

Pray-Low and Fox are both knicked. And we're playing a team that throws 40 times a game. I think they could axe Bodiford to make room for Caldwell and get help in the secondary with Jansen's. I don't see them keeping Jansen up the whole year so he can be available for the playoffs. If Wade/Heyer can't effectivley replace him they won't be in the playoffs anyway. If they can, he won't be needed. That's the way I see it.

I see. This move may be more about keeping this guy from Philly or the Cowboys in the end.

Seperate note, what's the cap hit if we bounce Lloyd?

The Patriots and one could argue that he cost them the AFC Championship last year.
